Giev Me The Faith Of a Child

Mid-tempo song faith based on Luke 10 vs. 21 & 23

21At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure . . .
. . . 23Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. 24For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it."

Luke 10 vs. 21 & 23

Verse 1
I worship you Father God, Lord of heaven and earth.
You are the only God, and I praise your holy name.
You give me life and hope, and fill my heart with song,
You are the Father, The Son, and the Spirit, you are the only one.

Chorus
Give me the faith of a child,
Give me the eyes to see,
Give me the heart to share your love,
Lord, dwell in me.

Verse 2
Lord, the earth will bow, low upon it’s knees,
And all will humble themselves, even prophets and Kings,
Blessed are the ones, who truly see.
And seek the Creator, above all created things.

Bridge
Your good pleasure is all I seek,
Your love’s the only good in me
]I love you Lord with all my heart,
want to cry for you,
I want to sing for you,
I want to stand for you
I want to live for you
